This is suppose to be an orangy bloom....dark and rich right now....just wondering how she will turn out!

Most H. Preludes have more red coloring in the petals...but i think she is a beauty just the way she is!

I am hoping this turns out to be a pretty bloom.  The scape is kind of short and the blooms seem a bit small.  We will find out in the next day or two!

Although it is quite lovely.....i know want to run out and get a H. Nymph...here is a picture from today....

H. Nymph really wants to open up!!  I am a little concerned that she is facing downward in this next picture....I am hoping as she opens she will not be facing down.

In this next picture...i actually held the camera underneath the bloom....what a gorgeous flower!!  This photo was taken at the same time as the one directly above :)
