Joe and Sandra's Hippeastrums

I have just stepped in to the fascinating world of Hippeastrums. For 11 years I have had Hippeastrum Johnsonii growing on the south side of my house. I have always liked those flowers, but never really took the time to care for them or to inquire about what they really were. This past year, i took an interest in them and have found out that there are many other species of this same flower and tons of hybrids.
Today, I have over 20 of the hybrids and I am wanting to have one of each one, lol!! I am sure that will be an impossible task because there are over 600 hybrids.
My Johnsonii flowers have finished their blooming phase and I am seeing a few seed pods beginning to form. I hope to collect some seeds and watch them grow for 4 years before blossoming into beautiful new flowers!!

    Hello! Quick question that's entirely off topic. Do you know how to make your site mobile friendly? My blog looks weird when viewing from my iphone 4. I'm trying to find a template or plugin that might be able to fix this problem.
